Tesla has started pushing a fresh build of FSD (Supervised) v14.3.13. Software update 2026.38.5.11 began rolling out on Saturday, October 24, and it carries the same FSD versions as last week’s 2026.38.5.10: v14.3.13 for AI4 (HW4) cars and v14.3 Lite for Hardware 3 (HW3) cars. Canadian cars are already in the early data.
A new build, same release notes
Not a Tesla App posted on X at about 4:20 PM ET Saturday that 2026.38.5.11 is an updated version of FSD v14.3.13, with release notes and FSD versions unchanged from 2026.38.5.10. @SawyerMerritt reported the same thing shortly before. Tesla hasn’t said what changed, so treat it as a maintenance build.
The rollout picked up overnight. Tracker @teslascope reported about 1,870 more vehicles getting 2026.38.5.11 in a five-minute window at roughly 12:40 AM ET Sunday, with about 65% of them AI4 cars getting v14.3.13.
Is it reaching Canada?
Yes, in small numbers so far. Teslascope’s update page showed Canada at about 6% of recorded installs on Sunday morning, with the rest in the U.S. TeslaUpdates also lists the build in two countries. Most cars are coming from the earlier 2026.38.5.1, so if you are still on that build, this could be your next update.
Which cars get it
- AI4 (HW4): Model 3, Model Y, Cybertruck and refreshed Model S and Model X get FSD v14.3.13, plus Automatic Collision Evasion.
- HW3: cars get FSD v14.3 Lite, with parking, unparking and reversing, Arrival Options and Speed Profiles (including the slower Sloth profile).
There is one detail worth watching for HW3 owners. On 2026.38.5.10, Teslascope only recorded v14.3 Lite on HW3 Model 3 cars. On 2026.38.5.11, it lists v14.3 Lite on HW3 Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X, including older (legacy) Model S.
What FSD v14.3.13 brings
If you are coming from an older build, the highlights include a rewritten AI compiler that Tesla says gives 20% faster reactions, better handling of emergency vehicles, school buses and small animals, improved driver monitoring, and an intervention-free streak counter in the Self-Driving app. Not a Tesla App’s release notes also show the 2026.38 branch features, such as Halloween Mode on AMD cars, Emergency Drive Away and Set Arrival Energy. We covered those in our FSD v14.3.13 Canada rollout story.
Updates arrive in waves, so check Controls > Software. As always, FSD (Supervised) needs an attentive driver ready to take over.
