Tesla’s FSD (Supervised) v14.3.13 is now reaching far more cars, and Canadian vehicles are starting to show up in the rollout data. The release ships in software update 2026.38.5.10, which also carries FSD v14.3 Lite for Hardware 3 (HW3) cars. When we covered the first installs on October 20, every recorded car was in the U.S.
How fast the FSD v14.3.13 rollout is moving
Tracker @teslascope reported on X that 2026.38.5.10 went out to about 1,100 more vehicles in a five-minute window late on October 21. Teslascope then counted about 3,740 more at 7:40 p.m. ET on October 22. Of those, 79% were AI4 (HW4) cars getting v14.3.13 and 21% were HW3 cars getting v14.3 Lite. @TeslaNewswire called it the third batch early Friday.
Is FSD v14.3.13 available in Canada?
It is starting to show up. Tracker Tesla-Info now lists the v14.3.13 release notes on 2026.38.5.10 as seen in both Canada and the U.S. Teslascope’s update page also shows Canadian cars among pending installs (7.4% of pending vehicles when we checked Friday morning, October 23). Most installs so far are in the U.S., so expect a gradual arrival. Check Controls > Software.
For HW3 owners, Tesla-Info lists v14.3 Lite on 2026.38.5.10 only on U.S. Model 3 cars so far. The same tracker shows v14.3 Lite already reached Canadian HW3 cars on the earlier 2026.38.5.1 update.
What’s new in FSD v14.3.13
The notes match v14.3.12 line for line, which points to a fix release; Tesla hasn’t said what changed. Highlights if you’re coming from an older build:
- Upgraded reinforcement learning (RL) training and vision encoder for rare and low-visibility scenarios
- An AI compiler and runtime rewritten with MLIR, which Tesla says brings 20% faster reaction time
- Better handling of emergency vehicles, school buses, small animals and complex traffic lights
- Improved driver monitoring, including eye gaze tracking and eyewear handling
- One model shared by Actually Smart Summon, FSD and Robotaxi, with Summon’s top speed raised to 13 km/h
- Intervention-free distance and your longest streak shown in the Self-Driving app
AI4 cars also get Automatic Collision Evasion. It can engage FSD (Supervised) while you are driving manually if a frontal collision is imminent, or if the car detects you are not paying attention, such as reaching toward the back seat.
Which cars get it
- AI4 (HW4): Model 3, Model Y, Cybertruck and refreshed Model S and Model X get v14.3.13.
- HW3: cars get v14.3 Lite, distilled from v14, with parking, unparking and reversing, Arrival Options and Speed Profiles, including the new Sloth profile.
Not a Tesla App’s release notes show 2026.38.5.10 also drops the beta label from Grok and includes 2026.38 branch features such as Halloween Mode on AMD-powered cars.
As always, FSD (Supervised) needs an attentive driver ready to take over at any moment.
